At Nomadic Reiki Mamma, we believe that true freedom, happiness, clarity, healing, and inner peace comes with having your mental, emotional, physical and energy bodies all in alignment with one another!
We hold space for that alignment through Sound Healing, Reiki, Meditation, Breath Work, Yoga and Community.
At Nomadic Reiki Mamma we believe yoga is more than just a physical practice.
It is a way of life that promotes mindfulness, self-awareness, and inner peace.
Our goal is to help our students cultivate these qualities through the practice of yoga on and off of the mat!
